Happy Holidays and Season Greetings. Are you looking to buy or sell in San Antonio, TX or surrounding cities this year or in the new year? If so, please call Laura Zuniga, ABR at (210) 363-4782. My real estate company is the number #1 Century 21 sales team in the nation. I am a residential listing and Accredited Buyer Representative, ABR. Working together we can make it happen. Also, here is some advice to sellers. Do you own a home and it has not sold? The #1 reason is that it is overpriced. You will want to get a new market analysis and lower the price. Don’t wait 3 months to reduce the price! Advice to potential buyers. Get prequalified first. Go to your local bank or a mortgage company and find out what you can afford. Know your “buyer power” before you set forth in previewing homes for sale. Email me at laurazunigac21@hotmail. com or call me at (210) 363-4782 for in depth questions and area preferences. I will send you a list of homes current on the market in a price range that you can afford. I hope to hear from you all soon.

Hello Everyone, I hope that this New Year is turning out well for you. I have been busy with buyers and sellers in the San Antonio and surrounding area. San Antonio is growing and many health care and computer professionals are moving to San Antonio. Also, Fort Sam Houston is expanding and there will be many jobs available for civilians. BAMC is receiving many wounded soldiers returning from Iraq and Afganistan. Families of these soldiers are moving to San Antonio so there loved ones receive the medical attention and rehabilitation. We hope they get well soon. Randolph Air Force Base is receiving many soldiers this Spring due to relocation. Fiesta is right around the corner. This is a great time for fmaily get togethers in the Alamo City. There are several parades that take place and not to mention Night in Old San Antonio better known as NIOSA. The King William parade which is on a Saturday morning is short but sweet. There are booths for crafts, jewelry, food, and music at various spots. If you have any questions about Fiesta please do not hesitate to contact me at laurazunigac21@hotmail.com or visit me on my website at www.sanantonio-homesforsale.com. May your days be blissful! Respectfully, Laura Zuniga
