Veteran Financing

I would like to hear from Veterans why they do or do not use their V.A. benefits to get Real Estate and/or business loans.
I have been told it is a very under used benefit. And, I would like to know if the loans are difficult to obtain.

Evans Road at Dusty Canyon traffic congestion

Does anyone know if  Evans Road (near Dusty Canyon) be expanded in 2008? This is located  by Fox Grove subdivison and  The Estates Multi Housing ? It seems to me that it should be expanded especially with all the recent traffic congestion and near collisions.  I hope there will be turning lanes and a traffic light into the subdivison and apartments.  It is sad to say, that is  an accident waiting to happen.  Concerned citizen
